Call in Your Team

And so as we reframe our perspective, 

as we allow ourselves to move in 

The direction of expansion, 

It may feel as if we are being stretched 

beyond our comprehension. 

It can feel uncomfortable, 

this expansion.


We're being STRETCHED beyond 

what we've conformed to in the past. 

For there is no more conforming. 

The conformity is dissolving


All of us have conformed to something 

at one time or another. 

But now we are recognizing 

that our frequency

is able to hold more, 

recognizing that our energy 

is able to balance more. 

And this will keep us in check,

Helping us fulfill our checks and balances,

NOT keep score. 


(It's not a competition, and I am seeing the rooster, plumage, 

don't get your feathers in a fluff, and 

I'm being shown pruning.and getting out all the old feathers out 

so that we can make space for the new feathers to take flight, 

Yet many may not be doing the grooming- 

we're not pulling out the old feathers. 

We're like, "Nope, I'm going to hang on to those. 

I might need those for later."

Yet, we have these big, beautiful feathers

that are that have grown in,

but we're not fully able to fly or expand them,

Because we are still hanging on to the old).


So, we invite you to call in your helpers.

We also invite you to call in your own team AND

your own resources. 

This is something that many of us haven't done. 

We might think about it. 

We might ask for it on occasion, but

are you asking on a daily basis? 

Are we asking for magic? 

Are we sending out the signal 

of what we would PREFER? 

Or are we focusing on what we don’t have?


We're really being called to imagine and FEEL 

our way through this experience. 

Ground into our bodies and USE our imagination 

at the same time,

This is part of the experience, 

we came equipped with an imagination, so use it.

Perhaps use the whole law of attraction mentality.

It's not a false reality to feel into a reality 

that you would like to feel.

It isn't something that is a waste of time. 


So we invite you to combine use your time 

to combine both 

to allow yourself to combine 

the many facets

of the reality that binds us into reality.


Use the left  AND the right hemispheres of the brain. 

Use your imagination as a resource. 

Many people don't think they have the resources, 

but the imagination is part of it. 

It's feeling grateful for what we DO have. 

It's feeling grateful for another person and 

for what they have rather than being in a place of envy, 

jealousy, or greed. 

Recognizing that we all chose 

a certain life experience and 

Perhaps we are going through 

an experience that is temporary

focusing on what you DO have, 

right in front of you 

is very important and very key. 


But because many people are focusing 

on what they DON’T have, 

they're not noticing 

what they DO have,

right in front of them. 


This is a message about opportunities, 

synchronicity, 

having the right conversation 

at the right time 

that lines you up with the abundance 

that you have been seeking.


This is huge because this is how the new reality

and in essence, the old reality,

but especially the new way 

in which we engage 

WITH our new reality 

is being enhanced.


So we are all going through upgrades. 

We are all going through enhancements

and in order to really work at our highest potential,

We are being called

to use this energy that's available to us. 

Don't ignore it. Utilize ALL of it.


And you must tune in to MORE 

than what's right in front of you. 


(I'm seeing  a steering wheel 

that doesn't just go right or left. 

I'm seeing the brain, 

looking left to right, 

And looking forward and backwards, 

up and down, and

using our periphery and 

FEELING the PERIPHERY)


I'm being shown an example of when we’re watching a show or 

listening to a book and we don't hear anything else that's

going on around us. They're showing me that that's 

the old way of doing things, and we had to do one thing at a time, 

But multi-dimensionality doesn't work that way, its a matter of 

realizing that something else is available to us). 


You only need to go into coherence, 

heart coherence, into gratitude, 

Into a space of balanced breathing, 

feeling into the body, 

recognizing the sensations 

you might be feeling in your body and 

do that for five minutes 

to make an impact on your nervous system. 


When you do that even for five minutes, 

you GRACE yourself with YOUR presence and 

you give go INto a STATE

of graceful inner innate intelligence 

that allows for the other ‘stuff’, 

the gifts, to be heard, seen, felt,

Ideas can come through, and 

the focus is actually stronger. 

We have a more resonant focus, like resin, 

it isn't watered down, and energy is less scattered

And becomes more focused. 


So, by practicing coherence,  

you become more focused and less scattered. 

But many people aren't taking the time 

to practice this,

which is keeping them scattered and 

giving keeps causing chaos or 

creating the inability to focus. 


Because the energies are so strong at certain times, 

This is going to continue.

What we used to do in order to relax, 

even practising heart math may require a change. 

It might not work anymore. 

Our practices may have to change with us,

They may need to be adjusted as these coming energies come in, 


Sometimes it may feel as if you are in a drought. 

You might feel as if your cup does not runneth over. 

But the more you can move,

the more you can enhance your experience through movement and 

through breath and through heart coherence and all of it, 

the easier it will become. 


Keeping in mind the wobble we feel in the Earth,

Is connected to the wobble we feel in our bodies.

We might be getting some massive impacts from the sun again. 

Surprise, not surprise.

Part of the reason so many of these messages 

have been about physical safety, 

(that's a play on words  I'm hearing, safety dance, physical well-being) 


Our physical body is mutating. Your physical body is changing. 

Everything inside of you is shifting. 

(I'm hearing endorphins are shifting and you are in co-regulation). 


So there are things that need to happen

as you adapt molecularly,

at a molecular level, 

at a cellular level,

that are showing up for us right now. 

The body is going through a molecular exchange, 

Energetically, cellularly and 

it's going through detoxification. 

And so this is a detoxification amplification 

that we are experiencing right now. 


so the the human is at a crossroads and we are also 

feeling this from all angles that hence the word

‘bombardment’ that I was using earlier. 


We are at a place where we are choosing

and this is in every moment of every day 

how we want our day to unfold,

And in this moment 

it may feel as if we are out of control and

this too shall pass. 


It is not that we are NOT in control. 

It is that the experience that we are having 

wasn't meant to be controlled. 

It wasn't meant to be the ‘something’,

that we THOUGHT  it was. 

So, recognizing that our thoughts 

about HOW we feel things SHOULD be 

are not necessarily in alignment 

with how things currently are.


maybe letting go will allow us to feel, and 

let go of resistance.

This will help us to be more in the flow. 


Many people are experiencing massive sickness, massive loss, 

And yet everything seems to be happening very quickly,

And this is asking us to stop and reassess, re-assemble,

reassess, stop, and allow. 

So there is never really any stopping though, 

for this is movement at a constant pace.
